• The minimum age for treatments is 18 years.
• We request 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation, or 100% of the treatment charge will be made.
• Bookings of under 90 minutes are reserved for in-house hotel guests and residents.
• Bookings of 90 minutes and over include access to the thermal pavilion and all areas of the wellness centre, so that you can spend time relaxing prior to treatments and integrating their benefits afterwards.
• Prices are inclusive of local taxes.
