The change of season, it is a good time to focus on detoxing and purify yourself. In this talk, we will learn about the best foods we can include in our daily diets to purify our bodies.
You will be guided along the 35km Via Verda (greenways) to Llagostera route. Then you will continue the ride to S’agaró a classic long road cycling route in Costa Brava with a 150m elevation.
A complimentary shuttle bus is provided at the end of the ride to return you to the resort.

The 55-minute Pilates sessions can be enjoyed using a mat or in the studio with the help of special machines. They can be individual or in groups, and are given by Maria Earle and Rocío Gil.
